You are not only a school. The software shouldn’t assume you are.
Two-tank reef trips, try-dives, snorkel safaris and night dives sit on the same calendar as the Open Water course — sold online, paid for, capacity-managed, manifested. Most booking systems make you run trips in a second tool. This doesn’t.

02 · Shared boat capacity
One boat. A course, a trip and a try-dive. Same day.
Open Water students, Advanced students and certified fun divers on one hull. Capacity is pooled across everything that boat is doing, so the sixteenth space is the sixteenth space no matter which product sold it. Conflicts surface before you save, not on the dock.
03 · Certification pathways
Try-dive to Divemaster, tracked the whole way.
Every diver’s position on the ladder is visible: what they hold, what they’re mid-way through, what comes next. The Discover Scuba guest from August is the Open Water booking in September because you could see they were ready to ask.

04 · Prerequisites
Every diver declares what they hold, before they book.
Set the requirements on a course once — certification level, logged dives, a current first-aid certificate — and every diver confirms each one on the booking form before they can continue. The declaration is saved against the booking with a timestamp, so when someone turns up without the card they claimed, you have what they told you in writing.

Confined water and open water skills for every student, on any device, at the dive site. Instructors tick as they go and it syncs to the diver’s record — no evening spent copying wet paper into a spreadsheet.

06 · Medical & liability
Medical questionnaire and liability release, signed before they arrive.
The diver medical statement and your liability release, signed digitally on any device with a full audit trail. A “yes” on the medical can email the office automatically, so a referral gets chased days ahead instead of being discovered at the counter on the morning of the dive.

07 · Staff credentials
Insurance, medicals and instructor renewals — before they lapse.
Dive pro credentials expire on a rolling basis: agency membership, professional liability insurance, dive medical, oxygen provider, EFR. Track every one per staff member. Reminders fire ahead of the date, so you never find out an instructor was uninsured after a bad day.

09 · Certificates
Your centre’s completion certificate, issued automatically.
Your own branded certificate of completion, logged to the diver’s record when a course finishes and emailed straight to them. Agency certification stays with your centre to process as you always have — this sits alongside it. Optional: switch it off if you’d rather issue manually.
10 · Private guiding
Private guides, refreshers and 1:1s.
Not every booking is a scheduled course. Private guides, ReActivate refreshers, own-gear check dives and 1:1 skill sessions — same calendar, custom hours, bespoke pricing.

For liveaboard weeks and overnight trips: sell cabins individually, per berth, at their own price point. Allocation, capacity and pricing handled — including the quad nobody wants to book alone.

Does it work with PADI, SSI, BSAC and RAID?
Yes — and with centres that teach across more than one. Courses, pathways, prerequisites and skill sheets are defined by you rather than hard-coded to a single agency, so you can run an SSI pathway and a PADI pathway side by side. Agency certification itself is still processed by your centre through the agency, exactly as it is now.
Can we sell dive trips as well as courses?
Yes, and on the same calendar with shared boat capacity. Two-tank trips, try-dives, snorkel trips, night dives and charters are first-class bookable products with their own times, prices, capacity and manifests — not a course with the label changed.
Can we require a certification level before someone books a course?
Yes. Set the requirements on a course — a certification level, a prior course, a number of logged dives, a current first-aid certificate — and every diver must confirm each one on the booking form before they can continue. Their confirmation is stored against the booking with a timestamp. It’s a declaration rather than a check against a certification database, so it documents what the diver told you rather than verifying it independently; you still sight the card on the day. Prerequisites apply to courses, not to trips and activities.
Can divers sign the medical questionnaire and liability release online?
Yes. Both are signed digitally on any device before arrival, with a full audit trail of who signed what and when. You can configure a “yes” answer on the medical to alert the office automatically, so a doctor’s sign-off gets chased in advance rather than discovered on the morning of the dive.
Does it track instructor insurance and renewals?
Yes. Agency membership, professional liability insurance, dive medicals, oxygen provider and first-aid instructor credentials are tracked per staff member with expiry dates, and reminders fire before anything lapses.
Does it handle liveaboards?
Yes. Cabins are sold individually by the berth at their own price points, with allocation and capacity handled automatically across the trip.
