We help you get found.
And we work with whoever builds your site.
A booking system only earns its keep if people reach it. Broad Reach comes with the marketing and SEO groundwork a boat company needs, and a team that will work directly with your web agency rather than handing them a PDF.
Included for every boat company on the platform.
Not an agency retainer. The tools are in the product, and the help is part of onboarding and support. Here is what that covers.
Pages search engines can read
Your courses, day sails and charters are published as real, indexable pages on your storefront, with the scheme course names as text rather than pictures. Each page carries its own title, description and image.
Your analytics, not ours
Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel and site verification are settings you paste in once. The booking funnel then reports into your own accounts, from widget impression to paid booking.
Abandoned bookings, followed up
Someone who started a booking and stopped is a lead with a name and a course against it, not a lost visit. Each morning you get the list, so someone can pick up the phone.
Email to the sailors you already have
Segments built from booking history, one-off broadcasts for the new season, review requests after the course and the pathway upsell when a certificate lands. The people most likely to book again are the ones who already did.
Offers that are easy to run
Gift cards sold and redeemed online, discount codes with dates and limits, and packages that bundle a pathway at a price. Seasonal campaigns without a spreadsheet of manual credits.
A person, not a help centre
Onboarding includes a review of how your site sends people to the booking form, what tracking is in place and which pages are doing the work. We will set the tracking up with you, and we keep answering after onboarding ends.
We do not promise rankings. Nobody honest can. What we promise is that nothing about the booking system will hold your site back, and that someone will help you use what is already there.
Building a site for a sailing school or boat tour company?
The booking widget is built to be dropped into a site you designed, not to replace it. We would rather talk to you directly than have your client relay questions.
Drops into any site
WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow or hand-built. The widget is a script tag and a container. The embed builder writes the code, with the layout, colours and fonts chosen visually first.
On your client’s domain
The booking form runs inside the site you built. No redirect to a third-party page halfway through, so the brand, the analytics and the customer stay with your client.
Matches the design you shipped
Colours, logo and typography come from the client’s branding settings. Fonts are self-hosted, nothing is hotlinked, and the widget sits inside whatever width the page gives it.
Tracking through the client’s stack
GA4, Tag Manager and pixel IDs are entered once in the platform. Custom head and body scripts are supported for anything else you need on the storefront pages.
Build against a free account
Create a free account for the client, load a couple of courses and build the integration before anyone pays for anything. The same account becomes the live one.
Talk to the people who built it
One email address, answered by someone who knows the codebase. No ticket queue, no partner tier to unlock before you get a straight answer.
Working on a boat company’s site now?
Send us the brief and the platform you are building on. We will tell you exactly how the widget fits and where the tracking goes, before you quote.
Introduce another boat company, and your bill goes down.
Existing subscribers who introduce a new paying centre earn credits against their own Broad Reach bill, for as long as both stay subscribed. The details, including the rate, are in section 6.6 of the Terms. Tell us in writing when you make the introduction so it is attributed to you.
Start with the free account, or start with a conversation.
Either way you will be talking to the people who built the platform and who know what a boat company’s website has to do.
