Every enquiry.
One board.

The WhatsApp message, the phone call, the email, the chat on the dock and the form on your website, all in one pipeline with a name, a course and a next step against each one. Every customer is contacted, and nobody is forgotten.

A card moves to Booked on its own when that person books with you.

One way in

Wherever they ask, it lands here

Enquiries do not arrive tidily. They arrive on somebody's phone, in a shared inbox, and in a conversation on the pontoon.

💬

WhatsApp

Logged as a card in seconds, so it stops living on one person's phone.

📞

Phone calls

Name, course, next step. Taken while you are still on the call.

✉️

Emails

Out of the shared inbox and onto a board the whole team can see.

On the dock

The conversation on the pontoon gets an owner and a date, not a good intention.

🌐

Your website

An enquiry form on your own site fills the board by itself, day and night.

Inside a card

Everything said, in one place

Open a card and you have the whole history: who spoke to them, what was said, what was promised and when you said you would come back.

What you get

An enquiry desk, not four inboxes

Nobody is forgotten

Every card carries a follow-up date, and the ones that go past it are marked. Your team is alerted when a new enquiry lands, so it is seen the same day rather than on Monday.

Everyone sees the same board

Staff accounts are included, so nobody asks the same person twice and nobody assumes a colleague replied. The history is on the card, not in somebody's sent items.

A form on your own website

One line of code puts an enquiry form on your site, showing your courses and your real upcoming dates. Choose which courses appear and add your own questions.

It closes its own loop

When that person books with you, Broad Reach recognises them, creates the client record, links the booking and marks the enquiry won. Nobody re-types anything.

Where they came from

Win rate by course and by source, the funnel stage by stage, and the reasons people give when they say no.

It stays on the client

Enquiries live on the client record, so next season you can see the whole arc: what they asked about, what they booked and what they came back for.

Getting started

Three things, one afternoon

1

Create your free account

A few minutes, no card. The enquiry pipeline is switched on when you arrive.

2

Put the form on your website Optional

Copy one line of code onto your site if you want enquiries to arrive on their own. Plenty of centres never do: use the hosted link or a QR code, or just work the board with what comes in by phone and on the dock.

3

Put today's enquiries on the board

The three sitting in your inbox and the two on your phone. That is the habit, and it takes about fifteen seconds each.

No commitment

What free means here

It is free

Not a trial, not thirty days. No card at any point, and nothing to cancel.

Nothing else changes

Keep your website, your booking system and your inbox exactly as they are.

The contacts are yours

Export them any time, and ask us to delete the lot whenever you want.

Questions

Do I have to move my bookings across?

No. Most centres who start here keep taking bookings exactly as they do now. The pipeline sits alongside whatever you already use.

What happens if we do start taking bookings with you?

We email you before anything changes, you get a month to decide, and everything you took while on the free plan stays free. Taking bookings is charged as a percentage of what you process, so we only earn when you do.

Can the whole team use it?

Yes. Staff accounts are included and everyone works the same board, which is rather the point.

Will the form fit our website?

It is one line of code and it inherits your page. If you would rather not touch the site yet, use the hosted link or a QR code on the noticeboard.

What about consent and marketing rules?

The form asks for marketing consent explicitly and records the answer. An enquiry only enters a marketing sequence if they said yes.

What if we stop using it?

Export your contacts and walk away. There is no contract and nothing to cancel, and we will delete your data on request.
