Does it work for non-RYA schools?
Yes. Broad Reach is built around a generic course catalogue — RYA, ASA, IYT and bespoke courses sit alongside each other. You can use only the bits that matter to your school.
Can it handle dinghy schools, not just yacht schools?
Yes. Dinghy sessions, half-day sailing tasters, week-long camps, RYA Dinghy Levels, RYA Powerboat — the calendar handles any session length, any group size, and any boat-type combination.
Does it issue certificates?
Yes — your school’s own branded certificate of completion. On course completion, with your centre branding and instructor signature, emailed automatically. Official scheme certification (RYA, ASA, IYT) stays with your school to issue through the scheme. Optional and can be turned off.

We teach our own courses, not a national scheme. Does that matter?
Not at all — this page exists for exactly that. RYA, IYT and ASA catalogues ship pre-loaded for the schools that want them, but nothing requires you to use one. Build your own courses, your own progression and your own sign-off sheets in your own words. Plenty of schools run a national scheme for some courses and their own for the rest, which works too. Switching takes most schools a single weekend.
